Fully furnished with 5 appliances. Lots of parking. Weekly rates $1500.00 per week low season (June 26th - July 16th, Aug 20th - Sept 4th). High season $2000.00 per week July 16th - Aug 20th. Require deposit of $1000.00 upon booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. $500.00 security deposit upon arrival refunded 24 hrs if no damage incurred.
