  • Outdoor Features
    • Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: The Gas BBQ is in a shaded area near the kitchen, so you don't miss out on anything while your being the chef.
    • Deck/Patio: The outside decks are plenty. There is a dining area set up overlooking the pool. When the evening meal is ready to enjoy, the sun has gone, but the evening is warm.
    • Balcony: There are covered deck areas off the living room, dining room, one of the bedrooms and the kitchen. There is another large space beside the house were you can enjoy mid afternoon shade. This area is set up with lounges... perfect for cocktail hour.
    • Lanai: Most of the deck areas are covered. It is wonderful to sit out on the deck and observe a tropical rain storm. Your bathing suit is plenty of clothing for this event. The rains are very warm.
